Chef Jen Biesty and GM Tim Nugent designed Shakewell to be Medi-chic with Moorish accents, using reclaimed wood and organic elements. Warm service in a fun, casual dining room. Shakewell is known for its handcrafted cocktails, tapas style small plates and the wood-fired oven that turns out the fabulous Bomba rice paellas, flatbreads, and whole roasted fish.
