Chef Jason Smith and his wife Lauren dreamed of owning a special restaurant. In 2006 they opened the doors to 18 Seaboard. Chef Smith leads a culinary group committed to serving contemporary Southern inspired dishes with over 60% of ingredients sourced from North Carolina farms, ranches, fishmongers and dairies. A winner of multiple awards from numerous media outlets, including best chef , best restaurant, best power lunch, and best service, 18 Seaboard is a favorite destination for business meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations or any important occasion. We are open seven-days-a-week for lunch, Sunday brunch and dinner. We also offer seasonal outdoor, roof-top mezzanine seating that boasts unmatched views of Raleigh's skyline.
