A Labor of Love for Mama Guzzardi     Mama Guzzardi's was founded by Kay Guzzardi Spinelli, the daughter of Nicola and Agata Guzzardi, who immigrated to New York City from Adrano, Sicily in 1908. The youngest of 5 daughters, Kay did much of the cooking at home when her sisters left the house to get married.
